Our brief was to create a more casual Spanish themed lunch instead of our usual paella pans. Y eso es exactamente lo que hicimos.
Luckily last year we went on a fact finding/tasting trip to Spain specifically to get to grips with their amazing ingredients, both traditional and modern cooking and that specific Spanish taste.
And this was the result. Padron peppers, marinated squid, croquetas, chorizo, paella and a lot more besides. Olé.
