Beef Wellington is an absolute English classic.
We’ve done everything for you (including adding the all important egg wash).
All you need to do is just remove it from it’s packaging, place on a baking tray and
place in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 – 40 mins until golden
brown. Ensure the Wellington is piping hot before serving.
Keep refrigerated, use within 3 days or freeze immediately.
Minimum order is 2 portions. The largest Wellington is 10 portions.
